Late Arrival
It is human to arrive late on occasion. If you are aware that you are running behind for your appointment, please call to notify of your late arrival, and provide your expected arrival time at the salon.
Please know that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, this is considered a No-Call/No-Show, and your client file will be notated.As a result, clients that are a No-Call/No-Show for their initial appointment, are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% for the cost of future service, at the time of rescheduling their appointment.
